I’ve been in this field since 2007 (shoutout to Barry University), started my career in NYC running mental health programs, and learned early on that people are alot more resilient than they think and way harder on themselves than necessary.
Then life did what it does. I became a mom, hit some real-life plot twists
(including postpartum depression), and got a firsthand crash course in just how messy, overwhelming, and identity-shaking life can be.
Now, as a single mom and therapist, I help women navigate the heavy stuff;
divorce, anxiety, parenting, burnout, confidence hits, and major life transitions
without judgment and without pretending it’s all fine.
